For our inaugural monthly feast, Chef David is bringing the vibrant, slow-cooked flavors of Yucatán straight to Zubyria.
The Menu Preview:
Cochinita Pibil Tacos: Tender, citrus-marinated pork slow-roasted in banana leaves (with a dedicated veggie version available so everyone can partake).
The Essentials: Freshly mashed guacamole and a lineup of house-made, fiery salsas.
To Drink: Ice-cold Micheladas—the ultimate savory, spicy Mexican beer cocktail to tame the heat.
The Movie Pairing: Coco
We’ll start the day (after some bike rides and exploring the village), with Pixar’s Oscar-winning masterpiece, Coco.
Set against the colorful backdrop of Mexico's Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), the film follows young Miguel on a magical, music-filled journey to uncover his family's history. It is a visually spectacular, deeply moving celebration of memory, family, and melody—the perfect, heartwarming prelude to set the mood for our Mexican feast.
You can learn about Zubyria here.
